I really appreciate the list that are provided by @Quentin Flores. What I been able to see that works from taking action with these list is that I will download the list I need for the state and if its, lets say, for FL......you know the list comes jumbled with tons of buyers in multiple markets...... I will then remove the blank spaces from the spreadsheet, and remove anyone who is not in that state. Example: 1. 45,000 downloaded 2. Mixed buyers; AL, TX, FL, CA, etc..... 3. Remove blanks and misformatted information; FL only buyers 4. Formatted to Full Name, Contact Phone and Email. 5. Start making phone calls 6. Verify buyers 7. Add them to my buyers list The power of organizational skills matters and its the time and energy you put forth that really gets you results in the business. When making the calls do not get discouraged, I made some calls today that had me amazed....... One call was like" Thanks for calling the medicaid office, you unlocked free benefits" Another call was like " Thanks for calling "Private Investigators" office of FL...... I have a saying that helps me and I hope to share it with everyone as encourage...... "With Great Success Comes Great Road Blocks"........ The key to having continued success regardless of those road blocks is persistence....do not let a few bad numbers stop you from connecting with awesome professionals in real estate. The results: I ended up adding 4 new buyers, 1 new wholesaler whose connected to more buyers and found a Hard Money Lender whose connected a list of clients who are buyers that rely on him to bring them deals. I still have 44,480 calls to make...........thanks @Quentin Flores for making connecting with buyers and serious connections a little bit more simple.
