I also have a list of hedge funds i have to call tomorrow as well so i can see what their buy box is. If i have to find a buyer, we can do a 50/50 split even if i help you get the contract. To explain the story of this deal, this was a jv deal i did from networking in zachs discord. A land deal was sent to me to jv, but since the lot was small, around .12 acres, and that it was shaped as a triangle, it made it hard to find a buyer for it.

I reached out to a connection i had and explained the situation, and he had a buyer on hand for it, sold it in 2 weeks, and i took a finders fee and let them split the bulk of the deal, thats why the amount is small.
