I forgot to post about this when it closed but All Glory to God Thank you Lord for blessing me again ❤️🙏🏾..This one was hell had it since September, had to deal with a tenant/eviction then figured out which exit strategy was the best to maximize profits after waiting 6 months.I was projected to make 23k on this deal but after titles bs and closing costs I ended here(worst deal I been apart of lol but you learn from them).If you’re in the NC market I’m closing deals there and have a great buyers list who can close fast anywhere from 65-80% ARV,let make some money together 💰‼️
