First and foremost, I want to give all glory to God for making this possible. This is truly a testimony of what faith, consistency, hard work, and patience can achieve.

I joined this community back in December 2024, determined to accomplish what once felt completely out of reach. After following Zach and Rick on YouTube since 2021, I finally made the decision to stop watching and start taking action. And now, I’m beyond proud and grateful to share that I’ve officially closed my first real estate wholesale deal!

When I started this journey 8 months ago, I didn’t have much, but I had faith. I took a leap, went all in, and stayed committed even when things got tough. There were moments I questioned whether I should keep going… but I held on. And today I want to encourage everyone in this community: don’t quit. You're closer to a breakthrough than it may appear—just keep pushing.

I’m deeply thankful to every one of you who’s shared knowledge, motivation, and encouragement along the way. Your impact has been real. Here’s to many more deals ahead for everyone grinding in this community.
