Just Locked Up First Wholesale Deal
Hello everyone,
I've been a buy-and-hold investor since 2019 and became a real estate agent that same year. Recently, I decided to cut out the middleman and go directly to sellers using cold calling. I secured my first contact on Father's Day, and now I'm looking for an end buyer. If I can't find one, I'll take down the property myself. Long-time investor, first-time wholesaler! 🙏🏾
