Some of y’all don’t need more leads.
You need to stop fumbling the ones already in front of you.
The seller replied…
but you didn’t follow up.
The seller had an objection…
but you froze.
The seller wasn’t ready today…
so you treated them like they were dead.
That’s where deals get lost.
Not always because the list was bad.
But because the follow-up was weak.
Real estate rewards the person who stays in the conversation longer than everybody else.
So before you go buy another list…
Go check the leads you already ignored.
