The biggest lie in real estate
“You need more leads.” Nah. Some of y’all don’t need more leads. You need to stop fumbling the ones already in front of you. The seller replied… but you didn’t follow up. The seller had an objection… but you froze. The seller wasn’t ready today… so you treated them like they were dead. That’s where deals get lost. Not always because the list was bad. But because the follow-up was weak. Real estate rewards the person who stays in the conversation longer than everybody else. So before you go buy another list… Go check the leads you already ignored.

Why consistency beats talent in wholesaling
I’ve seen talented people quit fast. They knew how to talk. They understood the game. They had the confidence. They even had the resources. But they couldn’t stay consistent. And that’s where they lost. Wholesaling isn’t always about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about who can keep pulling leads when nothing is hitting. Who can keep following up when sellers ghost. Who can keep making offers after getting told no. Who can keep showing up when the business feels dry. Talent might get you started… But consistency is what gets you paid. A consistent beginner will beat a talented quitter every single time. Because this business rewards the person who keeps moving when everybody else gets emotional. So don’t ask yourself if you’re talented enough. Ask yourself: Can I stay consistent long enough to win?
