🚀 Task Tuesday: Master the ARV
Hey Wholesaling Elite Club! It’s time to sharpen your evaluation skills and get precise with your numbers. This week, we are diving deep into ARV (After Repair Value).
To find the best deals, you have to know exactly what a property is worth once it’s hit its full potential. Here is your mission for this week:
📋 The Mission
Find Your Lead: Head over to Zillow FSBO (For Sale By Owner).
Pick Your Market: Type in the city where you want to find leads (e.g., Atlanta, Chicago, etc.).
Select a Property: Choose the one property that stands out to you the most.
Analyze the Comps: Your task is to calculate the ARV by finding 1–5 COMPS that match.
Criteria: Look for properties with similar features (sq ft, bed/bath) located within a 0.5-mile radius.
✅ How to Submit
Once you’ve locked in your ARV and identified your comps:
Post a "Complete" or a ✅ in the comments below.
⏳ Deadline
Thursday, 03/26/26 @ 5:00 PM CST
