Hey Wholesaling Elite Club! It’s time to sharpen your evaluation skills and get precise with your numbers. This week, we are diving deep into ARV (After Repair Value).
​To find the best deals, you have to know exactly what a property is worth once it’s hit its full potential. Here is your mission for this week:
​📋 The Mission
​Find Your Lead: Head over to Zillow FSBO (For Sale By Owner).
​Pick Your Market: Type in the city where you want to find leads (e.g., Atlanta, Chicago, etc.).
​Select a Property: Choose the one property that stands out to you the most.
​Analyze the Comps: Your task is to calculate the ARV by finding 1–5 COMPS that match.
​Criteria: Look for properties with similar features (sq ft, bed/bath) located within a 0.5-mile radius.

​Once you’ve locked in your ARV and identified your comps:
​Post a "Complete" or a ✅ in the comments below.

​Thursday, 03/26/26 @ 5:00 PM CST
