Search local groups for "off-market" or "investor special." Grab the names, emails, and numbers of everyone commenting on deals. These are active buyers hungry for your next contract.
​2. Network with Title Companies
Ask local title companies who is transacting the most cash deals right now. They know the real closers; getting on their radar connects you directly to the biggest players in the market.
​3. Leverage Data Tools
Use InvestorLift or public records to find "all-cash" buyers in your target zip codes. Don't guess who has the money—use the data to see exactly who is buying today.
