The Save-Worthy Post
On Instagram especially, saves are gold. When someone saves your post, it means: "I want to come back to this." That tells the algorithm your content is genuinely valuable — and it gets shown to more people. So what makes someone save a post? It's usually content that: - Teaches them something they didn't know - Gives them a checklist, list, or framework they can use - Solves a specific problem they've been trying to figure out - Says something they've been feeling but couldn't put into words Think of saves as your audience quietly raising their hand and saying "this is relevant to my life." That's exactly who you want to attract. Your task today:Create one "save-worthy" post this week. Make it a list, a step-by-step, or a tip that solves a real problem your perfect customer has — something she'll want to screenshot or revisit. Share the idea (or the finished post) in the comments so we can cheer you on.

Batch It So You Don't Dread It
One of the biggest reasons new creators quit? They try to create content every single day from scratch. That's exhausting. And it's not necessary. Batching means you sit down once and create multiple pieces of content at the same time — same energy, same setup, same flow state. You might film 5 short videos in one afternoon. Write 3 captions in one sitting. It's the same amount of work, just organized differently. When content feels like a daily emergency, you avoid it. When it feels like a scheduled task you do once a week, it becomes manageable — even enjoyable. Your task today: Block 90 minutes on your calendar this week and label it "Content Day." During that time, create 3 pieces of content using the same topic or theme. It could be 3 reels, 3 carousels, or 3 short videos. Done. That's a week of content. OR Check out my Creator Studio Premium upgrade (it's only $27 per month right now!) This is where we get together, LIVE, once a week to plan the content for the upcoming week and each morning (M-F) we go LIVE for two hours to create and schedule the content to get it done (along with a couple other income generating tasks) for the day! You can find The Creator Studio Upgrade in the Classroom Tab.

Batch It So You Don't Dread It
The Hook Is Everything
You could have the most helpful content in the world — and it won't matter if no one stops to watch or read it. The hook is the first line of your caption, the first second of your video, the first words out of your mouth. Its only job is to make someone pause and think "okay, I need to see where this goes." Good hooks do one of three things: - Name a feeling your audience knows well ("I used to dread opening Instagram...") - Make a bold or surprising statement ("Posting every day is actually hurting your growth.") - Ask a question she's already asking herself ("What do you even post when you have no idea what to say?") Your task today: Write 3 different hooks for the same piece of content — one that names a feeling, one that's a bold statement, one that's a question. You don't have to use all three. But practicing this trains your brain to lead with attention first. Share your favorite one in the comments.

Your Story IS Your Strategy
You don't need a fancy background, a professional setup, or years of expertise to create powerful content. You need your story. Here's why: your perfect customer isn't looking for someone who has it all figured out. She's looking for someone who has been where she is — and found a way through. That's you. Your before-and-after, your "I didn't know this either," your "here's what I wish someone had told me" — that is magnetic content. Nobody else has your story. That means nobody else can create your content. That's your unfair advantage. Your task today:Write down one moment from your own journey — a frustration, a mistake, a lightbulb moment — that your perfect customer could relate to. It doesn't have to be dramatic. It just has to be real. Turn it into a 3-part structure: what you thought → what happened → what you learned. That's your next post.
