A heartfelt sláinte to Sarah Jeltema and the Whiskey Confidence course.
As a whisk(e)y enthusiast, events facilitator, and teacher, I’m often the one doing research and preparation for attendees. Resources are abundant, but it can be challenging to find one that covers the depth I’m looking for while making it approachable. Sarah has been a breath of fresh air, providing basics for beginners alongside advanced whiskey nerd content, all while keeping a great sense of humor. Highly recommended!!!

This class is outstanding. I’ve been to dozens of whiskey tastings at bars and it’s always the same tasting notes and brand knowledge. I wanted more in-depth deep dive content. This is the perfect place to get that. I’ve never seen such a comprehensive collection of whiskey knowledge in one place. I highly recommend this course.
