When we each personally realize the truth about death, then we begin the true journey. Death is not the end of anything, scientifically its actual existence is in doubt. As energy can neither be created nor destroyed, what we refer to as death is just a transference of the life force energy from this body to something else. There is still life in the body just not the same life. As such death becomes less of a stoppage or doorway, or even a curtain, and becomes more like a veil lifted to reveal a gateway to something even grander than we allow ourselves to see when we are in this limited shell

We make such a big deal out of every single thought and/or stimulus that passes through our minds. We spend a lot of time fretting and worrying over all these ‘distractions’ that enter our lives. The question remains for each and every single one is, does it really matter? How much of our lives are spent dealing with fears and objections (90%of which never materialize) when we could be focusing the beauty of the present moment. So when faced with the latest conundrum to come through your brain, take a moment and ask yourself does this item right now really matter? The probability is that it doesn’t and you’re free to move onto the next

If we know that the one true voice of God (creation) is silence, why do we rush to fill our lives with noise?

I believe the greatest misconception we have in this life is that our soul (spirit) is something that is trapped inside our body and only escapes when we die. Whereas the truth is that this body is simply an avatar our spirit uses to navigate this limited version of reality. It is merely a learning vehicle that at the end of this experience the soul sloughs off like so much dead skin. The body is within the soul and is just a tool used to gather and sort the experiences we need to move on.

Spirituality is our journey to understanding our relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, our community, humanity as a whole, our planet and where we fit in our universe.
