More Talent than we knew what to do with
Bowling came ez to me. I picked up the game at 16, I was a scratch player in less than 2 years.A couple years later 1994ish i ran with a group of like minded kids. All top tier Jr Bowlers and scratch league players. Some were as young as 14 at the time. We traveled around to different towns taking on their local top players or bowling center employees. Wed hit up their cosmic late night bowls fri nights and get the employees attention find out when the scratch leagues were who the “Action” bowlers were and wed set up a time and date to meet up and bowl these cats for $$$$$$ most were much older than us some the same age all outstanding players. The 90s were something else the birth of reactive resin my buddy has probably 50 balls from that era still some with very few games on them. He’s got them on racks in his basement like a testament to the glory days. He's got some gems down there Brunswick Quantum double Helix. Blue, Burgundy, and OG purple Hammers from the 80s. Every vintage Brunswick zone ever made. And a couple un drilled AMF Whips. To name a few. He’s got some Ebonite gems too!!
