Here’s a fast routine you can try together (no equipment needed): 👟 10-Min Family Movement Burst 1. 1 min – Jumping jacks 2. 1 min – Bear crawls across the room 3. 1 min – Freeze dance 4. 1 min – Wall sits (turn it into a contest!) 5. 1 min – Yoga pose challenge 6. 1 min – Crab walk 7. 1 min – March in place (add silly arm moves) 8. 1 min – Plank (or see who can hold it the longest) 9. 1 min – Jump squats or frog jumps 10. 1 min – Deep breathing/stretching ✨ No pressure to be perfect.
