I haven’t shared here but…
Working out is my stress relief. I enjoy following a program I can complete at home on my time with equipment I have added to my routine.
Completed my workout today and I try to stay as consistent as possible.
I’m currently in a 4 week of 8 weeks and feeling great. They always say Health is Wealth and I have to agree.
