Bloating 101 πŸ‹
Hey - one of the number one symptoms I'm seeing across the board is bloating. There can be so many factors for why this is, but, here are the first 5 things I do with private 1:1 clients to get them back to baseline:
  1. Eat slowly - I find many people eating at their desks, multitasking, eating in the car, etc
  2. Stop drinking water with meals, drink water when you wake and between meals
  3. Reduce stress - practice deep breathing for 1 minute before eating
  4. Steam your vegetables, too many raw/rough fibers can be irritating to a sensitive gut
  5. Keep fruit away from other meals. Only eat it by itself, never after a meal
