Take a moment to rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 for each of these areas:

2️⃣ Sleep: Are you waking up rested and energized? How is your sleep hygiene?
3️⃣ Stress Management: How well are you handling daily stress?
4️⃣ Nutrition: Are your meals nourishing and balanced?
5️⃣ Movement: Are you staying active and supporting your body with movement?
6️⃣ Digestion: Do you feel light, comfortable, and regular?
7️⃣ Energy Levels: Do you have steady energy throughout the day?
8️⃣ Mindset: Are your thoughts and beliefs supporting your goals?
9️⃣ Connection: Are you nurturing relationships that fill you up?
