WL is more than a sport. Is committing every single session, every single exercise we do, trying to reach perfection. WL is a lifestyle, is the committment we do to something that sometimes makes us happy and other times makes us feel nothing. Is the joy of locking the bar over our head or the feeling of emptyness after a failure. It’s dedication day after day, year after year, over some movments that will never annoy us.
