I have written this course with the most depleted person in mind, think that woman who just can't lose weight no matter how hard she tries, or that person that is just so tired that adding one more thing seems impossible. I am concerned with getting you moving, sleeping, restoring genuine energy for the whole day and making you resilient to the stress of life which we all face.
