👋 Welcome to Weight Loss 101: START HERE
Welcome to Weight Loss 101! I built this community to give people a place to learn, ask questions, get support, and work toward their goals without feeling judged. It does not matter where you're starting. Maybe you want to lose 10 pounds. Maybe it's 100+. Maybe you've already lost the weight and now you want to build muscle. Maybe you've tried a dozen diets and just can't stay consistent. You're welcome here. First Thing I Want You To Do Please make an intro post and tell us a little about yourself. You can share: Where you're currently at What your main goal is What you've tried before What you struggle with the most What you want help with And be real about it. Maybe your biggest issue is: ⏰ Finding time 🥗 Diet/nutrition 🏋️ Knowing what to do in the gym 📉 Staying consistent 🤝 Accountability 🍕 Cravings or overeating 😴 Sleep/recovery 🧠 Motivation 📊 Understanding calories and macros Whatever it is, this is a judgment-free zone. Nobody is here to make fun of where someone is starting. We're here to help each other get better. 📚 Make Sure You Check Out the Classrooms I've been building out the Classrooms with free resources you can actually use. You'll find information on things like: Nutrition & calories Protein Building better habits Weight-loss basics Training programs Cardio Progressive overload Tracking your progress Maintaining muscle while losing weight I'll continue adding new material as the community grows and based on the questions you guys ask. One Step at a Time You don't have to change your entire life overnight. Start learning. Start making small changes. Start moving more. Get your protein in. Drink your water. Train when you can. And most importantly, keep showing up. If you eventually want more structure, accountability, and a plan built specifically around you, I'll also have 1-on-1 coaching available for people who want that extra level of support. But you absolutely do not need coaching to be here. The community and classrooms are free, so take advantage of everything that's available.

What size Reta should you buy?
Many people make the mistake of buying a Reta 30-60. After roughly 28 days your reconstituted vial will start to lose potency. Multiple injections into the vial and yes, air will start to reduce its strength. So Dr. Bricks what should I buy? You should buy a size that you will use within a month or 5-6 weeks I’d recommend. Start low on your dose, maybe get a Reta 10 while you’re finding your baseline dosing. The least most effective dose is the goal. If your using a Reta 30+ and creeping up in dose, it very well could be that you don’t need more, your vial is just losing potency. I got you :) Dr. Bricks
