What stood out the most was the method of getting to understand your higher purpose and be able to give from there - no matter your material holdings. To go into the shadow of yourself and find what's making you selfish. For that is where you release the negative small-cell consciousness of your heart and mind.

Personal story:

I sat down around a month ago and cried at the realization that more than anything in the world right then and now, I wanted to wear a pretty dress and look pretty in it. What's stopping that - in my mind? The dress is my skin and it could use some more toning and care that requires long-term, consistent focus. It was an honest reflection i had been dodging naming.

That realization opened my heart. Compassion for myself poured forth and I "brain dumped" into ChatGPT what I was feeling in that moment and it became my new ebook - I'm Not There Yet...But I'm Not There Anymore Either. Now it's an offering to others that may be or have been in that space of consciousness.

I graduated that state, and am galloping forth with new vigor, because AI is here to assist make all my dreams become reality...yesterday.

I get what this key is hittin' on and hope you do too. Get all up into your inner crises and become instantly healed and a healer for multitudes.
