tightening up my lead intake

been working on tightening up my lead intake and follow up process, and thought i’d share something that’s been making my life a lot easier.

i set up a flow where whenever someone fills out a form (seller, buyer, partner, whatever), the info runs through an ai prompt that instantly creates a full, detailed statement of work, basically laying out what’s needed, potential solutions, risks, and next steps.

the cool part is it also scores the lead, so if it’s above a certain threshold it automatically makes a doc in google drive and opens a task in clickup. if it’s not qualified, it just filters it out so i’m not wasting time chasing the wrong opportunities.

this means i can go from “form submitted” to “organized plan + action item” in minutes without touching a thing. no more copy pasting details, no more forgetting follow ups. just clean, consistent, and ready to move forward.

for me, that’s been huge, especially on busy days when it’s easy to get bogged down in admin instead of actually closing deals. thought i’d share in case anyone’s looking to cut out some of that manual work and stay focused on the right leads.
