Support after the project is done?
Hello everyone! Does anyone of you include support service after completing a client's website?
Like, maybe if they need help on something and can't figure it out by themselves.
And if you are including this, for how long? Like weeks or a whole month?
What communication method? Just via email or messaging app? Or do you still offer video calls?
