Hey everyone,
I’ve been considering adding a commitment fee to our proposals for clients who want to be onboarded next year. The idea is to ensure serious commitment and lock in the collaboration early.
What do you guys think about this approach? Have any of you tried something similar? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
