Dont waste time doing outreach to shity busineeses
wasting time going after a business on google that don't have reviews , no social presence , no website is setting up your self for failure
it makes more sense to go for the businesses that are ranking first and offer to redesing their website they are the ones that care and would actually get results from a website redesign
