Cold calling fear.

How do you guys overcome the fear of cold calling?

Back then when I started out I was cold calling for a company in the American market I could barely speak English back then, and I failed I basically had a really bad experience with this.

I personally I don't give a fuck about things but this one was kind of trauma for me since then.

After a few months getting more familiar with the market and developing the communication skills I've decided to work for another company as a cold caller in the German market, I dun 20 calls and booked 1.

I was considered as an elite cold caller in that community but I still have this fear of cold calling, just by thinking about it makes me feel anxious.

Is there anyway to overcome this thing?

And most of you will say yeah just do it as often as you can and you'll get used to it.

Yeah that's true I call the first 20 I get in my flow and then it's better until some of the clients drops an insult and I get fucked again.
