Pausing
Thanks to everyone who joined this Web Dev community. Right now, there isn’t enough activity here to keep it running in a meaningful way, so I’ve decided to pause (archive) it. If you’d like to continue learning with me, you can: - Check one of my other communities (with english categories each) 👉 AI Dev Community 👉 Webentwicklung lernen - Check out my YouTube channel for new tutorials: WebDev 1x1 - Explore my courses for step-by-step projects: Udemy This community may return in the future once there’s more momentum. Until then, I’ll keep sharing new content on YouTube and through my courses. Thanks again for being part of the start! 🙏

Pain points in learning JavaScript
Quick question for everyone here 👋 What’s been the hardest thing for you so far in learning JavaScript? For some it’s the basics (loops, functions), for others it’s async/await or APIs… or maybe just the millions of frameworks everyone keeps inventing 😅 Curious to hear your answers – might even turn into the next little free course in the Classroom.
👋 Welcome to the Learn WebDev Community!
This is a place to dive into web development — from client-side (JavaScript, React, Vue, HTMX) to server-side (Node.js, Next, Astro, Qwik, etc.). Web dev often feels like a jungle of frameworks and tools: React or VueJs? All-in with Angular or minimal JS with HTMX/Alpine.js? Here we discuss stacks, share experiences, and learn together. We also cover the latest updates and trends — from the OpenAI Assistant API to new releases in React, Astro, and beyond. If you participate, you’ll unlock more resources in the classroom through Skool gamification. 🚀 ⚡ Quick Note on Posts Post real projects, code, and concrete questions. AI is welcome — but add your own insights.❌ Please avoid spammy trend posts, pure self-promo, or off-topic requests. 👉 If it helps others learn and sparks discussion, you’re in the right place!
Pausing this community for now
Hi everyone, I’ve decided to pause this community for the time being. My original idea was to create a place where we could learn web development together – supported by my courses and real discussions. Unfortunately, I don’t feel this goal is really happening here right now. Since hosting the community isn’t free, I don’t want to spend more time and money on it at the moment. I may reactivate this community in the future, but I don’t know when exactly. Before I pause, I’ll leave this post open for a short while. If you’d like to share what you expected from this community, or how it could have been set up differently (topics, focus, approach), please feel free to add your thoughts here. Maybe we can use this feedback to reset or pivot the community in the future. Thanks to all who joined and participated. Take care, Stephan

You know Freelancer.com is full of scammers? A few hours ago, a position is posted, I was bid there. But 1 hour later, my account is blocked. Please be carefully.
