Question about opening Wyoming US LLC with Mainland Dubai LLC

So i am a Partner with my Brother & Mother in Mainland Dubai LLC and i am thinking of opening a Wyoming US LLC (only i want to be the sole owner) to start selling on Amazon USA,

I want to know the cost, procedure and the benefits of having our Mainland Dubai LLC owning Wyoming US LLC,

i also want to know about how to file the legal forms like (Form 5472/1120) and how to file for sales tax in all the States i will be selling in,

i want to educate myself about all the legal stuff before i move forward
