Reminder from the seedlings...
I was observing some sweet pepper seedlings popping up in our little patio garden yesterday and noticed a lot of them that had sprouted had dirt or the empty seed hull attached to the top of them and a parallel popped forth.
So often we expereince growth in ourselves and our businesses. May even be massive growth, life altering growth, growth we never thought would be available to us but then wizzy-pop we experience that growth!
It may be dark at first, scary, but also exhilerating, making us feel like we just burst forward and are 100 times taller than we were before! And it's wonderful! We can feel fresh breeze and sunlight on our faces in a brand new way. Life is good.
Then, we try moving around in this new growth space and there's dirt, debri, old seed hulls. And very much in our humanness, we forget! the transformation that we just expereinced and move into doom and gllow. "Oh no, this seed hull is going to follow me forever. I'm never going to be able to shake this old dirt!"
When in reality! Being in the right environment means someone will come along and brush that stuff off for us! And being consistent (not constant) with our growth means it'll fall off naturally the higher we go!
