Your Sleep and the Frequencies That Support It
Not all frequencies work the same way at every hour. Here is what we know about timing and why it matters for sleep.
285 Hz is your overnight frequency. It is known to support tissue repair and cellular restoration, the work your body does most effectively during deep sleep. Play it softly as you fall asleep and let it run through the night. Low volume, small speaker nearby.
396 Hz works well in the evening before bed. It is known to support the release of stress and tension accumulated through the day, helping the nervous system downshift from active mode into rest mode. Twenty minutes about an hour before you sleep.
174 Hz is best used earlier in the evening. It supports physical tension relief and foundational body relaxation. Think of it as preparing the ground before the deeper work of sleep begins.
The sequence that members are reporting results with is:
174 Hz early evening → 396 Hz about an hour before bed → 285 Hz as you fall asleep through the night.
Consistency matters more than perfection. Even one of these used regularly will produce more over time than all three used occasionally.
