Observation from 5/7/26
Evening listening, meditating resting 174HZ brought up some emotional things. 396HZ areas of pain and tension were touched even in places that I wasn’t aware (left knee). In 285HZ As I’m falling to sleep. I felt the areas of pain all up and down the right leg shifting even my right side of
lower back something was moving, I felt the pain moving towards my right foot making a cool exit.
