Call it ADHD, impulsivity, intuition, the new moon, the fire horse energy, the 8 years experience that led into this, a fricking decision in the moment orrrrr - a combination of all of the above buuuuuut it's SHIFT TIME. I wouldn't call it a pivot, a mini rebrand and a reposition! An amalgamation of all that's offered rather than 2 legs and focusing on supporting speakers to create more impact and income. 🤌 I realised that what is provided is farrrrr more than speaker coaching (although yes this rocks) and I miss out on more of what I love and what is immensely powerful for others by not leaning into a bigger umbrella than 'Speaker Coach' - (although this will ALWAYS be a key pillar) 🔥 The lightning bolt came though at 6:30pm and 6 hours later I was still taking notes, chatting with..... well, chat 🤣 creating a gazillion spider webs, refining a load of impact statement's, enjoying the coloured pens 😜 and understanding what this next move and evolution of my business looks like and means for clients and participants!!!! As you may have seen from my post and the changes in the group - I, this community has been in shift!
