I had a great conversation today with a former academy owner about growth. We started with ways to elevate a jiu-jitsu academy, but it quickly shifted into personal development. By the end, one thing was crystal clear:
Invest so deeply in improving yourself that you don’t have time — or the desire — to criticize others.
