Travel Buddies Coffee hour is happening in 4 days
Destination of the month Australia!
Even if you’re not boarding a flight just yet, Australia deserves a top spot on your travel list. From the Great Barrier Reef to Sydney’s coastal energy and the wild landscapes of Tasmania, there’s something for every kind of traveler. If you’re planning your first visit, here are a few tips to get you started: ✈️ Getting There: Qantas, United, and Fiji Airways offer great routes from the U.S. with solid reliability. 🕒 How Long to Stay: Give yourself 10–14 days minimum, it takes time to adjust and explore beyond one city. 🎒 Don’t Forget: Sunscreen (the UV is intense!), a wide-brim hat, adapters for Type I plugs, and light layers for shifting coastal temps. 🌏 Pro Tip: Choose one region to explore deeply instead of trying to see it all, coastlines, outback, or islands! Next week, I’ll share ideas for where to go based on your travel style from city escapes to nature adventures. 💬 What’s one thing you’d love to see or experience in Australia?

✨ San Diego Little Italy
Right in our own City. Here is a snippet of the article ::: Travel + Leisure Magazine has officially shined a national spotlight on San Diego’s Little Italy, declaring what locals have long known: the neighborhood is the largest Little Italy in the world and one of the most vibrant districts anywhere in the country. But as the magazine notes - and as every San Diegan can attest - today’s Little Italy is far more than a cluster of trattorias. It’s a rapidly evolving 48–block enclave that has embraced a full spectrum of businesses, cuisines, and cultural experiences while still honoring the community’s deep-rooted heritage.
