I had not great news about a family member in hospital and the plans I had for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are now going to change significantly. Both Sunday and Monday will include lots of time in the car driving back and forth to hospital and visiting family. Iโm too tired to think too hard. But the great thing is - I have this plan. I have my exercise clothes ready to go. I am not going to stress too hard except aim to still hit my target and not be too hard on myself on the days that life happens!
