This community has helped me feel more motivated and energized throughout my job search. I’ve gained a better understanding of how to network on LinkedIn, and the interview class was especially helpful and insightful. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive community.

**My Key Takeaways from the Interview Identity Shift Masterclass (Recorded Session)**

**interviews are not tests; they are exchanges of emotional trust.**

So I have to:
- **Show my energy and authenticity** rather than over-rehearsing my answers.
- **Communicate my value**, not just list my past experiences.
- **Build a genuine human connection** before trying to impress the interviewer.
- **Practice clarity and confidence instead of letting fear take over.

Thank you Alex!
