Freeform’s. That is a statement within itself. Why would someone want to start Freeform’s? I have a student who has Freeform locs and he went and got a haircut and they almost cut one of the locs off. It’s dangling by a hair…. that child had a nerd that asked me, Mrs. Young can you fix it? So now tomorrow, I’m going to teach them how to crochet locs, barbers are coming up in the world. OK, I know that was slightly off, but let’s get back to the real thing. Why would one want freeform locs? It’s the natural rugged look, the I don’t wanna see my parts, I don’t wanna go through the ugly stage. They just don’t want to do anything to their hair and allow it to just grow. Well, that’s me as well but at some point you have to separate those loccs you have to create your sections because if not, they will break and fall off, but how do you keep them from breaking and falling off? It’s gonna boil down to how well you are shampooing and when are you separating them and do you in your thinking time just twist your hair for no reason. What are your thoughts on Freeform?
