To keep this community safe, ethical, and genuinely supportive, we have very clear boundaries. These protect you, me, and everyone here.
1️⃣ This is NOT a clinical care space
This community does not provide:
- medical advice
- psychiatric diagnosis or treatment
- medication recommendations
- supplement protocols
- lab interpretation
- patient-specific guidance
Please do not:
- post patient cases
- ask “what would you do for this patient?”
- share identifying clinical details
- seek treatment advice for yourself or others
If a post crosses into clinical territory, it will be redirected or removed — not as punishment, but as protection.
2️⃣ This IS a thinking, design, and career space
What is welcome:
- Reflecting on burnout and system limitations
- Exploring whole-person frameworks at a conceptual level
- Questions about:
- Thoughtful discussion about how to practice within standard of care while thinking more broadly
We focus on how to think, not what to prescribe.
3️⃣ No legal, licensing, or state-specific advice
This space does not provide:
- legal advice
- licensing guidance
- state-by-state regulatory interpretation
- You are responsible for practicing within your own scope and jurisdiction.
4️⃣ Respect, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Be respectful and curious
- No shaming, no superiority, no fear-based messaging
- Do not share content outside this community without permission
- Assume good intent
This is a space for clinicians — we hold ourselves to that standard.
5️⃣ How questions may be redirected
If a question moves out of scope, you may see a response like:
“That’s an important clinical question, but it’s outside the scope of this space. Let’s zoom out and talk about the framework or career-level issue underneath it.”
This is intentional and non-negotiable.
Final Note
If you’re here, it’s because you care deeply about doing this work well — for your patients and for yourself.
These boundaries are what make that possible.
Thank you for being here and for honoring the container.
