This guide shows you why writing your own standard operating procedures is a mistake, and what to do instead.
Most founders stall their own growth because they think they need a library of perfect, 50-page SOPs before they can hire an assistant. So they spend their weekends taking screenshots and typing out boring manuals. By the time they finish, the software updated its interface and the whole thing is already out of date.
