Are you still seeing progress in a gym?
If it's been months and months (or even worse, years...) without obvious results progression in a gym, either strength or body re-composition, it's guaranteed, that at least one of major components are missing. Holy Trinity of Progress: 1. Training. 2. Nutrition. 3. Rest. Training i will always put at Number 1 spot. While majority talking about "six pack made in the kitchen" or "diet is 90% of your results" and so on. I never was one of them and never believed in that. Why? I saw way too many people training. Or to me precise, lifting weights. I wouldn't call every lifting/moving weights activity, Training. Sitting longer than lifting, isn't training. This shape was done purely changing my training. Approach to training techniques, exercise layout, volume, frequency, etc. As majority straight away scream "PEDs", it's not actually that. But hormones should be optimised by every man.
