Trying to do too much at once is a surefire way to burn out. Set realistic content goals that match your schedule. For instance, start with 3 posts and 2 Reels per week, and build up from there if you feel comfortable.

If you really wanna take your Content game to the next level, I’d recommend taking two days out of your week and filming 3 to 4 properties each of those two days. This will give you so much content allowing you to make one new Reel per day. If you did this for 30 days, I promise you your entire business will look completely different. If you did this for one year your entire life could change. It’s possible, I’ve done it. I’ve even filmed up to five properties in one day. It’s time to lock-in and get back into the game. Cheers! D

Here's an example of what a viral post could look like for you. We just posted this yesterday and the video already has over 36,000 plays with 1,700 likes, 362 comments and 873 shares. I think one of the main factors that helped this was the property itself paired with automation and a CTA telling viewers to comment a specific keyword for the full listing details that is automatically sent to them via DM's. The system also auto replies to their comment which further increases the number of comments which helps cause instagram to continue showing it to more people. I use ManyChat to do this.
