I’m writing this before anybody has even joined and excited to see the community that will be built. I want to start by saying that there is no grand vision here. I’m fresh back into youth ministry after a 4-year hiatus and so much has changed in the world and in my life. I’ve never pastored after a worldwide pandemic. I’ve never pastored while TikTok has been a thing. I’ve never been a pastor and a dad, or even been a pastor and a husband 😳 There’s so much change, I know I need a place to learn and grow. So I created the space that I need. I need community. I need coaching. I need a place to get feedback on ideas. I need to be encouraged by leaders in the trenches with me. I need a place to be inspired by leaders who are further along. I just need a place that will make me a better leader, husband and dad. As much as I need this community, I know there has to be other youth pastors who need it and know other youth pastors who do too. I’m praying that this community helps you as much as it helps me. I don’t want to be a community of experts, but a community committed to winning and learning together. In our community, you can expect a space to bring questions, frustrations, wins, encouragement, doubt, dreams and everything in between. You can expect a space to be encouraged and equipped. Expect the community and coaching we all need.
