Mobility/Stability (Series 1)
The goal is to help individuals grasp the idea that Mobility/Stability is Dynamic and not Static. When you walk , stand , run and do pretty much any function. Muscles in the body as well tissues that help create movement are actively engaging/disengaged to keep the bodies' integrity. Understanding what proper tension throughout the body feels during movement helps build resiliency , prevent injury as well as help with physical performance in everyday life.
