I want to be transparent without being heavy: Iโm living with PTSD, which means my screen time and energy come in measured doses. Some days Iโm firing on all cylinders, other days Iโm pacing myself like a long-distance walk along the beach rather than a sprint through traffic. And thatโs okay.
Over the next 12 months, my aim is for Vietnam Live Better for Less to become one of the most grounded, practical, and genuinely helpful communities anywhere for Vietnam โ and the surrounding parts of Southeast Asia.But weโll get there the Vietnamese way: slowly, deliberately, and without unnecessary chaos.
