On August 30, 2026, we begin the 33-Day Mind Movie Challenge. For 33 days, we’re going to watch our mind movie every single day and intentionally become more familiar with the life, feelings, identity, and possibilities we want to experience. The point is not to force anything. The point is to repeatedly expose your mind to a version of life that may currently feel unfamiliar, so it begins to feel normal, recognizable, and emotionally real to you. You are training your attention. You are building familiarity. You are creating new thought patterns. And collectively, we are choosing to spend 33 days feeding our minds something different. Your mind movie can be whatever you want it to be. Use my tutorials as a guide, not a set of strict rules. There is no perfect format. Make it beautiful. Make it weird. Make it emotional. Make it simple. Make it cinematic. Make it completely yours. And most importantly: your mind movie belongs to you. You do NOT have to post it. You do NOT have to share it. You do NOT have to show anyone what is inside of it. You can keep the entire thing completely private, or you can share pieces of the journey with the world. Do whatever feels best and safest for you. The only commitment is this: Watch your mind movie every day for 33 days. That’s it.
