Accomplished all the things today! Took some mindful space away from my phone, So I don't have much for photos...
I had a variety of leftovers from the meals I made earlier this week, a protein coffee and a high protein smoothie. I've got my water in. I've squeezed in two thirty minute walks and did a twenty minute yoga flow. 🧘♀️ journaling is done, over 12k steps achieved, and now i'm going to do some reading before heading off to bed!
