Good morning! I didn’t post yesterday as it was my second baby’s first birthday and I was too busy being thankful for all of the little things.
Yesterday was hard mentally for me, as it marked the anniversary of a very traumatic birth. I took time to acknowledge the trauma and let that guide me in feeling happy and grateful to not only be alive and well, but for all of the ups AND downs that have occurred over the year.
