Okay so I'm going to be real. I have never done yoga (except when I was pregnant 😜), I don't really stretch... ever.. I definitely want to learn all of these things to incorporate into daily life to help with mobility, posture, mindset etc. I'm asking because maybe others haven't either and are too scared to ask. Where do we start? How did you start? ❤️
I've been trying to do better with water since January and really renewing that work since starting this 21 days but it's silly how difficult it has been I just constantly forget, unless I'm actively working out or just woke up. I'm looking for everyone's tips for getting themselves to drink enough water through the whole day! Thanks in advance!
