Week2 day14!!!
Little bit of yesterday: It was citrus day yesterday: tangerines, grapefruits oranges.
Dinner salad was: green cabbage with red pepper carrots sprouts lettuce sprouts garlic lemon juice salt. Cabbage and salt create some juice so it wasn’t dry, but 😂it was weird salad. I just craved cabbage and tried to recreate Provansal salad .
Today is day14
28 oz Smoothie: blueberry cilantro celery green apple lemon kumquat bananas ginger
Than I was hungry I eat big salad again - I thought salad will help but in couple hours I was hungry again and ate 500 g of tangerines. And in one hour I was hungry I made almost 2 cups of salsa and eat it with little bit of potatoes from my family meal. I am going to make tacos yet.
This is the most hungry day I had for months- 😂is this an indication for something else rather that I am under eating? Or maybe it’s bc I didn’t have avocado yesterday?! I will plan my tomorrow’s calories tonight to see where I am at .
